Buds and Blooms The fat yellow buds are very noticeable. It is easy to see why it is called a "false foxglove" - even though it really doesn't look like Digitalis grandiflora at all!

Foliage Note the difference in the leaves. The plant pictured here is about 30 inches, base to stem tip.
