Notes:

 The fertile stalk arises well below the base of the blade. According to "Fern Finder" this is one of the grape ferns. There are four kinds, some of which intergrade. Identification is difficult. My guess for this one: Sparce-lobed Grape Fern, Botrychium biternatum. However, it might well be Dissected Grape Fern, B. dissectum.
